Lots of fun, camping next to the pool. This place also have two pools for kids. Fishing talapia is awesome and fun here. | UbiPadi is set within a village environment in a valley surrounded by rolling hills. It is actually at the fringe of a secondary jungle so you see green everywhere! However, the farm has electricity and water supply and telecommunication facilities. This means there is no connectivity problem, either phone or internet connections. The area is also completely fenced and secured with well lighted grounds. |

UbiPadi houses a variety of produces including fish, chickens, vegetables and fruit trees. Whilst there is emphasis on learning, there are also ample activities within and surrounding the farm for fun, entertainment and leisure. Resort Hulu Langat |
So, what's in store for UbiPadi? Lots! Currently, we are preparing the grounds for picnics and leisure for day visits and camp sites for the adventurous. Whether on a day visit or overnight stay, proper toilets and showers, and self cooking facilities are available for all visitors. We are also planning for chalets in future. The name “UbiPadi" was derived from two words, “Ubi Kayu†(Manihot Esculenta Crantz), commonly known as Tapioca, and “Padi†(Oryza sativa), also known as paddy. The area was formally a fruit plantation and padi was actually planted in the 50s. The farm was re-planned in 2012 to cater for outdoor recreational activities including summer camps, team building events and farm tours. Rebranded as UbiPadi Leisure in 2013, it is located at Batu 18 Hulu Langat, Selangor, approximately 30 km or approximately 40 minutes driving from the city of Kuala Lumpur. Despite its close proximity to the capital city, the Hulu Langat valley is basically rural which is an attraction to leisure and recreation seekers. |
