GanggaPura Eco Sanctuary is a camp site/training center which is situated in a small village called Pasir Putih in Kelumpang, Hulu Selangor, 40 mins from Kuala Lumpur and 10 minutes from the town of Tanjong Malim, Perak.

The camp site/training center is a serene and peaceful private property which is actually an island surrounded by cascading falls and clean crystal clear stream. The management of the camp site takes pride in protecting and maintaining the property in order to maintain its natural ambiance and habitat.

There are 2 types of lodging at the sanctuary/campsite. There is a chalet made of recycled timber (complete with pantry and kitchen utensils) which could easily accommodate 20 guests and tents (readily pitched) which could accommodate 3 to 6 guests per tent.

Food could be prepared by the management upon request from guests. However, guests who bring their own food would have to follow a strict rules and regulation of the sanctuary/campsite.

Uniqueness: In order to maintain its natural habitat and ambiance, amenities and facilities are very basic at the sanctuary/campsite. Washing and bathing are carried out at the clean stream surrounding the island. The water in the stream is so fresh and safe to consume as it flows right from the mountain (the island is right at the foot of a mountain). At night, the management at the sanctuary/campsite will provide gas lamp for the guests.
