We are not a homestay nor a guesthouse but see ourselves as a 'boutique villa', thus separating us from the mass market. MVR is located in Kg Palekbang, Wakaf Bharu, 7 km from Kota Bharu and 9 km from Tumpat town center. With the recently completion of second link at the Sultan Yahya Petra Bridge, the traveling is going to be more smooth from and to Kota Bharu and Tumpat town. MVR can be reach via Kota Bharu - Tumpat main road using Kg Laut alignment. From the main road, you have to travel another 0.5 km using tarmac and non-tarmac road before coming to the villa. If you're coming from the border of Southern Thailand, the villa is 18 km from Pengkalan Kubor and 35 km from Rantau Panjang.
